Czech Plush Monkey's Adventures!
Monkey sees and does stuff.
The back story: We tried to keep it a secret. We knew the wicked wouldn't rest once

he found out. So we pretended the old TV needed fixing and while in the shop it was time to clean the dust-bunnies out from behind where the television sits in the livingroom.

You know it didn't work.

"Where's my tv?"
Being fixed.

"It wasn't broked."
It needs a new V-chip.

"I didn't hack it."
But you tried?

"No, your password was lame.
Why's everything else gone?"
We're kinda spring cleaning.

Monkey's B+W 1940s TV set.
Above: the family's original Black & White tv set.
Below: Monkey camps out until he gets a television upgrade.

"Then what's that new shelf for?"
Just something new.

"It's a HDTV stand!"
No it's just a...

"YES IT IS!  YES IT IS!"
No, it's just a...

"I'm getting HD!  I'm getting HD!"

Napping on the stand waiting for the HDTV set.
The WIDE-SCREEN tv gets delivered.

Then Monkey climbed onto the television stand and refused to move until the new set arrived.

Fortunately, it arrived later that day.

"IT'S HERE!  IT'S HERE!"
Opice opened the front door and
gestured to the deliverers bring it in / bring it in!

The delivery people carefully unboxed the wide-screen HDTV monitor and brought it into the house.

You-know-who leapt upon it and committed unspeakable acts of video adoration.

Thru persuasion, bribery, and threats of severe bodily injury, we convinced Opice to stand down and let the technicians install the new hardware.

Monkey loves high-tech hardware.

Digital love.
Big Blank Screen for a big blank mind.

Once set-up, Opice's eyes never leave the 52" screen.

What do you suppose Monkey watches in High Definition?  (What doesn't he!?)
